Ингредиенты

2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. lowfat milk

3 heaping tbsp. Cheese Whiz (approx. half of an 8 ounce. jar) Dash of pepper

Инструкции

1. In saucepan, heat butter. Add in flour and stir on medium fire, let thicken. Add in lowfat milk. (If too thick, add in a small amount of lowfat milk.) Add in pepper. Blend in with Cheese Whiz.
