- 1/2 c. Onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Plain Flour
- 1 x (15-ounce.) jar Ol El Paso Cheese N Salsa
- 1 x (14 1/2 ounce) can Chicken broth
- 1 x (9-ounce) package Broccoli, frzn, thawe

- Heat margarine or possibly butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add in carrot and onion; cook till tender,stirring occasionally. Sprinkle flour over vegetables; stir to blend.
- Add in all other ingredients; blend well. Cook over medium heat till thoroughly heated, stirring constantly. 4 (1 1/2 c.) servings.
