small bag potatoes small container lowfat sour cream 1 stick butter

1 jar Real Bacon bits 1 bag Cheddar cheese

Инструкции

1. Wash potatoes and boil in jackets, covered, in salted water for 30-45 min or possibly till tender when poked with a fork.
2. Put whole potatoes into colander and drain.
3. Smash lightly with a masher or possibly fork. Add in butter, cheese, lowfat sour cream, bacon bits, and stir well.
4. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Enjoy.
