  • 3 x Large eggs, divided
  • 1 pkt Chocolate butter cake mix
  • 3/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
  • 4 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can Cherry pie filling

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, slightly beat one egg. Add in cake mix and butter; stir till well blended. Press mix into a greased and floured 9 x 13 baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine powdered sugar, cream cheese and remaining 2 Large eggs; pour over cake mix. Spread pie filling over cream cheese mix.
  3. Bake 30 to 40 min or possibly till outer edges are lightly browned and center is almost set. Cold completely. Cover and store in refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.
