Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 1 tsp Crushed oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 x 10"" flour tortillas
  • 4 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dry cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed dry red chilies
  • 1 c. (4 ounce) shredded Monterey Jack or possibly Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. Sliced ripe olives

Инструкции

  1. Brown beef and onion in large skillet. Drain. Stir in oregano and salt.
  2. Place tortillas on two large baking sheets. Lightly brush with oil.
  3. Bake @ 400 for 3 mins. Remove from oven. Divide beef mix proportionately over tops of tortillas; top with toppings. Bake @ 400 for 2-3 mins. more.
