6 x Potatoes unpeeled & cubed
1/4 c. Butter
1 ounce Envelope onion soup mix

1 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Minced green onions

Инструкции

Place potatoes in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish; dot with butter and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400 for 30 min. Stir mix and bake an additional 30 min.
Uncover and sprinkle with cheese and green onions.
