6 c. sliced, pared tart apples 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 3/4 c. lowfat milk

2 tbsp. butter 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick 2 Large eggs

1. Mix apples and spices. Spread in greased pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Beat next 5 ingredients till smooth. Pour over apples. Mix streusel ingredients together till crumbly and sprinkle over top of pie. Bake in 325 degree oven till knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 min. Preparation time: 45 min. Serves: 8.
