32 ounce. pkg. frzn hash browns 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. shredded American or possibly Velveeta cheese 2 tbsp. dry chopped onion

1/2 c. melted butter 1 pt. lowfat sour cream 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

1. Heat butter in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Mix all ingredients together in pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. May top with crushed potato chips before cooking.
