2 lbs. frzn hash browns 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream 1 teaspoon salt 1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed

2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 sm. onion, minced 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 3 tbsp. butter, melted

Инструкции

1. Mix potatoes, lowfat sour cream, salt, soup, onion, and cheese. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan. Top with crushed cracker and butter mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
