Easy Apple Caramel Cake (Cake Mix)

This cake is great for the holiday season. It will not, however work in a bundt pan, as the caramel floats to the bottom.

Ингредиенты

  • 1 box butter, spice, or yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box vanilla pudding
  • 1 C apple cider or apple juice
  • 1/2 C applesauce
  • 1/2 bag Kraft Caramel Bits, or 12 minced caramels
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
  • Caramel ice cream topping, or use canned caramel or other frosting

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease and flour a 9x13 cake pan.
  3. Mix eggs with other wet ingredients.
  4. Add dry ingredients and mix until just blended, pour into pan.
  5. Bake about 30 minutes and check for doneness.
  6. Let the cake cool, cut into 12 pieces, drizzle caramel topping on top.
