1 1/2 pound ricotta 1/2 c. sugar 3 Large eggs 1 (16 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed

1 pie crust Whipped cream Nutmeg

1. Mix cheese, sugar, Large eggs, and pineapple. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Keep oven closed 1/2 hour. Top with whipped cream and nutmeg.
