Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound grnd cured ham
  • 1 1/2 pound grnd pork
  • 1 c. quick cooking oats
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. (packed) brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. mustard

  1. Grind ham and pork together; add in next 4 ingredients. Mix well. shape into 12 individual meat loaves. Place in baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and 1/2 c. water; heat till sugar is dissolved. Bake loaves at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 min, basting frequently with brown sugar mix.
