1 c. minced cooked ham
3 tbsp. onion (flakes)
2 Large eggs
2 tbsp. sesame seeds

3 tbsp. melted butter
2/3 c. lowfat milk
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
