- Blend butter and cream cheese till light and creamy. Add in egg; beat again. Add in 1 box of sugar gradually. Beat in vanilla and salt. Add in another box of sugar and beat. Add in coconut and lowfat milk. Refrigerate1/2 hour, then form into Large eggs and refrigerateagain.
- CHOCOLATE: Heat chocolates and wax in top of double boiler. Dip Large eggs. Put in freezer. Dip again. Keep refrigerated.
