- Chop the ginger into small pcs. Put the extra virgin olive oil to heat in the bottom of the pressure cooker and add in the ginger. Saute/fry for a couple of min. Add in the garlic and the cumin, the grnd coriander seeds and the turmeric. Stir till it is all coated with extra virgin olive oil.
- Add in the canned tomatoes and dry chickpeas. Cover with the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for 20 min.
- Open and stir in the lowfat yoghurt and minced cilantro.
