Ингредиенты

  • 2 x inch fresh ginger, skinned
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 clv garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 8 x coriander seeds, grnd
  • 2 Tbsp. turmeric
  • 2 can tomatoes
  • 2 c. dry chickpeas
  • 1 c. plain lowfat yoghurt
  • 1/2 c. cilantro, minced

Инструкции

  1. Chop the ginger into small pcs. Put the extra virgin olive oil to heat in the bottom of the pressure cooker and add in the ginger. Saute/fry for a couple of min. Add in the garlic and the cumin, the grnd coriander seeds and the turmeric. Stir till it is all coated with extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Add in the canned tomatoes and dry chickpeas. Cover with the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for 20 min.
  3. Open and stir in the lowfat yoghurt and minced cilantro.
