3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp. whole wheat flour

2 tbsp. powdered veg. broth or possibly bouillon cubes 3 c. potato water or possibly plain water

1. In large skillet, heat oil. Whisk in flour and powdered vegetable broth. (If using bouillon cubes, add in potato water first, then add in cubes.) Add in potato water or possibly plain water, slowly, stirring with a whisk over medium heat, till gravy thickens to desired consistency. Yields: 3 c..
