Ингредиенты

  • 2 lbs. stew meat, cut into 1 inch pcs
  • 1 pound carrots, cleaned and cut into 1 inch pcs
  • 1 lg. minced onion
  • 6 lg. potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 inch chunks
  • 3 ribs celery, cut into 1 inch pcs
  • 1 (28 ounce.) can of Italian peeled tomatoes
  • 2 c. water
  • 5 tbsp. tapioca
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 bay leaf

Инструкции

  1. Place all ingredients into a large baking dish and stir well. Cover and cook in 350 degree oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs, or possibly till meat and vegetables are tender.
