Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 T unsalted butter
  • 2/3 c. buttermilk

Инструкции

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.2. Blend in butter.
  2. Add in buttermilk and mix to dough (gradually add in).
  3. Roll 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick round on floured bread board and cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter.
  4. Place in pan so biscuits are 1/2 inch from sides. Bake 12-14 min. Either eat hot from pan or possibly wrap in a towel and allow to cool 15 min.
  5. Makes about a dozen 2 1/2 inch biscuits.
