- 1/4 t. salt
- 4 ½ c. sliced apples ( I don't peel)
- 1 T. lemon or orange zest
- 2 T. butter, cut into small bits
- Streusel:
- 1 c. flour
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 t. cinnamon
