  • 1/3 c. Grnd walnut or possibly pecans
  • 1/3 c. Margarine or possibly butter -- Melted
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 32 ounce Cream cheese -- softened
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Apple brandy
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Chunk style apple sauce
  • 1/4 c. Whipping cream
  • 3/4 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1/3 c. Margarine or possibly butter -- Melted
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
