Ингредиенты

2 ducks
1 pkg. sauerkraut
2 onions, minced

2 bell pepper, minced
4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Инструкции

Mix sauerkraut, onion and peppers. Salt and pepper duck and stuff with mix. Cover duck with remaining sauerkraut. Dot with oil; wrap in foil. Cook at 300 degrees for 3 hrs.
