  • ct DHUIBHLINNEACH
  • 4 ounce Unsalted butter
  • 4 ounce Caster sugar
  • 1/2 x Imp pt thick cream, half whipped but not stiff
  • 8 ounce Grnd almonds A few drops of orangeflower water tb Brandy
  • 2 x Egg whites stiffly beaten

  1. Cream the butter and sugar then mix in the cream gently. Next the grnd almonds and finally the orangeflower water. put into a dish and refrigerateuntill hard. Break into rough pcs with a couple of forks and pile them upon a dish in a rocky pyramid shape and decorate according to your fancy
