- 2 lb Pork spareribs, cut in pcs
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Garlic, chopped
Инструкции
- 1. Mix soy sauce and minced garlic. Pour over spareribs.
- 2. Marinate for 3 hrs at room temperature or possibly overnight in the refrigerator.
- 3. Preheat oven to 300F. Place ribs on rack over drip pan and roast 1 to 1-1/2 hrs till dry.
