Drunkin Chicken Wings

Great chicken wings for a party. Sticky, sweet and slight garlic flavor. Very easy to make with few ingredients. Get lots of raves and requests for this recipe.

  • (1) large package of fresh chicken wings not frozen, about 15
  • 1/3 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup of whiskey (any brand)
  • 2 cups of dark brown sugar slightly packed
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  1. Mix soy sauce, whiskey, brown sugar and garlic powder is a large roasting pan. Mixture will be thick. Add chicken wings and coat chicken well with mixture. Let marinate overnight.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours uncovered stirring occasionally.
