- Dissolve yeast in water, add in sugar. Beat Large eggs well and add in shortening to first mix. Add in flour. Grease muffin tins and drop 2 Tbsp. into each space. Let rise 15 min, then bake at 425 degrees.
- Note: These can be refrigerated after dropping into muffin tins. Then let rise 15 min before baking.
