- 2 T finely chopped crystallized ginger
- Whipped Cream Topping:
- 2 cups heavy whipped cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 t vanilla extract, optional
- Garnish:
- Sifted powdered sugar
- Sprig of fresh mint
