Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 C. diced peaches
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar, divided
  • 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
  • 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp. butter, softened
  • 3 Large eggs, separated
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla, divided
  • Healthy pinch of salt

Инструкции

  1. Cook peaches as directed on package. Drain and mash. Stir in 1/4 c. sugar. Cold. Spread in pie shell and set aside.
  2. Combine 1 c. sugar, flour and butter; mix well. Beat in egg yolks, lowfat milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and salt. Pour over peaches. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min; reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 25 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  3. Beat egg whites till stiff, gradually beat in remaining 1/4 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Spread over pie. Bake at 325 degrees about 12 min. Cold slightly before serving.
