1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish

1/3 c. minced stuffed olives
1 pound dry beef

Blend first 4 ingredients. Spread a small amount of mix on each sheet of beef. Roll up and cut in half. Refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.
