Ингредиенты

2 ounce. dry beef, minced 1/2 c. minced onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. water 2 c. diced potatoes

1 c. lowfat milk 2 tbsp. flour 1 (1 lb.) can cream corn Salt & pepper

Инструкции

1. Cook onions and beef in butter till onion is done. Add in water and potatoes. Cover and simmer 15 min. Blend lowfat milk and flour till smooth. Add in to potato mix. Add in corn. Bring to a boil while stirring. Cook 1 minute. Season to taste.
