Ингредиенты
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/4 pound beef, finely snipped
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon onion, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon horseradish

- Blend softened cream cheese with mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Add in parsley, onion, horseradish and about 1/4 of the beef. Mix well. Refrigeratetill hard. On wax paper mold into a roll and then roll in the dry beef. Serve with your favorite cracker.
