1 c. Grnd coconut
1 c. Diced soft dates

3 Tbsp. Powered sugar
2 Tbsp. Fresh orange juice Grated rind of 1 lemon

Combine to create a lumpy paste. Make small bite size balls. Roll in additional sugar or possibly coconut flakes.
