  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Oil
  • 2 x Large eggs, large
  • 1/4 c. Coffee
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 c. Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 c. Minced nuts Butter or possibly non-stick spray

Инструкции

  1. Grease a bundt cake pan with butter or possibly nonstick spray. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour mix into pan. Bake at 350 F for one hour.
  2. Serves 10-12 servings.
