This Double Matcha Green Tea Blast is delicious, nutritious and has like ten times as many antioxidants as regular green tea.
In my kitchen where all the magic happens, I spotted my canister of green tea. Poor little canister had been neglected for what seems like a lifetime.
I should create something with it rather than just pour myself and hot one. Although, I must admit, that was sounding mighty enticing on its own. It was then that I discovered by the time I actually make this, photograph it and drink it, I probably won’t “feel: like it. But then, I made the decision to go ahead, pour myself a hot steaming cup of tea and continue to create this one too.
I had the good fortune of my daughter arriving in time to sit down and have this blast with me. As I sit here with my baby girl, who will be graduating from college, it makes me reflect on our life and I often wonder how I can assure that all the kids will be satisfied with their career choices. How many more opportunities will I have to enjoy a blast with my baby girl? She doesn’t realize these times we share are memories that I hold in my heart and brings me warmth and sunshine.
All that made it worth every single effort that goes into all of my creations.

½ Frozen Banana 1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted 5 ice cubes 1 cup half and half ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1 tea bag of double matcha green tea powder (my tea comes in little discs that I cut open and poured into this drink)
Blend all ingredients until smooth Serve 3.2.2925
