  • Dough for 2 crust 9 inch pie
  • 2 1/2 to 3 c. rhubarb, diced
  • 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 2 Large eggs

Инструкции

  1. Put sugar and flour on rhubarb, break Large eggs on top; stir. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon lightly. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 min.
