Double Corn Pancakes

1 c. pancake mix
1 c. cornmeal
2 c. cream style corn

1 c. lowfat milk
2 large eggs
2 T salad oil

Инструкции

Stir together pancake mix and cornmeal. Put together corn, lowfat milk, large eggs, and oil; add in to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened. Makes about 16 (4 inch) pancakes.
