.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EButter%202%20large%20loaf%20pans,%20then%20line%20the%20bottom%20with%20wax%20or%20parchment%20paper.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECombine%20butter,%20sugars,%20eggs,%20vanilla%20in%20a%20large%20bowl%20and%20whisk%20well.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStir%20together%20flour,%20cocoa,%20baking%20soda,%20baking%20powder,%20salt%20and%20cinnamon.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20dry%20ingredients%20to%20wet%20ingredients%20and%20stir%20gently%20until%20just%20starting%20to%20combine.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20zucchini,%20chocolate%20chunks%20and%20walnuts%20and%20stir%20just%20until%20combined.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESpoon%20into%20loaf%20pans,%20dividing%20equally.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%2030%20%E2%80%93%2040%20minutes%20until%20toothpick%20inserted%20in%20center%20comes%20out%20clean.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove%20from%20oven%20and%20let%20rest%20for%20at%20least%205%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove%20from%20pans%20and%20cool%20completely%20before%20slicing.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20used%20to%20embrace%20change;%20I%20liked%20new%20technology;%20looked%20forward%20to%20whatever%20was%20the%20latest%20and%20greatest.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAt%20least%20I%20thought%20I%20did%20until%20yesterday%20when%20I%20lost%20my%20Hearts%20game.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99ve%20been%20playing%20that%20game%20since%20I%20got%20my%20very%20first%20PC,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWell,%20not%20quite%E2%80%A6.%20My%20first%20PC%20was%20a%20DOS%20system%20and%20there%20was%20no%20Windows,%20no%20internet,%20no%20OS,%20let%20alone%20any%20games.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBut%20my%20first%20computer%20after%20DOS%20had%20games%20and%20that%20was%2020%20years%20ago.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo,%20I%E2%80%99ve%20been%20playing%20the%20same%20Hearts%20game%20for%2020%20years.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20simple,%20predictable,%20fast%20and%20did%20not%20require%20thought.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20Bonnie%20came%20for%20her%203%20minutes%20of%20petting%20(which%20she%20does%20a%20few%20times%20a%20day)%20I%20could%20pet%20her%20with%20my%20left%20hand%20and%20play%20Hearts%20with%20my%20right.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20upgraded%20to%20Windows%2010%20yesterday.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThey%20stole%20my%20Hearts.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20no%20longer%20have%20my%20simple%20solitaire%20or%20freecell%20or%20spider%20or%20hearts%20games%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOh,%20they%20included%20some%20new%20games,%20fancy%20games%20that%20require%20thought%20and%20have%20settings%20and%20are%20covered%20in%20ads.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20don%E2%80%99t%20want%20fancy%20and%20I%20really%20don%E2%80%99t%20want%20ads.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20want%20to%20stay%20in%20my%20nice%20comfortable%20rut%20with%20my%20nice%20simple%20games.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAt%20the%20moment%20I%20am%20quite%20cross%20with%20Microsoft..%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJust%20so%20you%20know,%20I%20do,%20on%20very%20rare%20occasions,%20actually%20play%20complicated%20computer%20games%20that%20require%20skill%20and%20thought.%20And%20I%20enjoy%20them.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBut%20not%20for%20a%202%20minute%20break%20in%20the%20routine%20to%20clear%20my%20head%E2%80%A6.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOr%20pet%20the%20dogs.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECan%20I%20have%20my%20games%20back,%20please?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs%20to%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20Win%2010%20upgrade%20%E2%80%93%20all%20the%20important%20stuff%20is%20fine%20but%20there%20are%20still%20a%20few%20things%20that%20need%20tweaking%20to%20get%20it%20to%20work%20the%20way%20I%20like.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20the%20tweaking%20is%20not%20as%20easy%20it%20used%20to%20be.%20Every%20upgrade%20makes%20tweaking%20more%20challenging.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDamn%20user-friendly%20computers%E2%80%A6..%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOne%20always%20knew%20where%20they%20stood%20with%201%E2%80%99s%20and%200%E2%80%99s.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELast%20update%20on%20August%209,%202015%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
