- Combine lowfat milk, chocolate pcs, and butter in 2 qt bowl. Microwave on high 4 to 5 min or possibly till lowfat milk is steamy but not boiling. Stir till chocolate and butter are melted.
- Beat egg yolks and sugar. Blend small amount of lowfat milk mix into egg mix; gradually add in to lowfat milk mix, mixing well. Mix in egg whites. Stir in bread cubes; let stand 1 hour. Pour into well buttered 2 qt casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 min or possibly till set. Top with chocolate or possibly vanilla pudding.
