Ингредиенты

3/4 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs 3 c. mashed potatoes 2 Large eggs

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 8 ounce. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced 2 tbsp. butter, softened

Инструкции

1. Sprinkle 1/4 c. of the bread crumbs in a greased shallow baking dish; set aside. Mix well mashed potatoes, Large eggs and Parmesan; spread half in prepared dish and top with Mozzarella slices; spread remaining potato mix over cheese. Mix remaining bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min till crumbs are browned. Let stand a few min.
