25 gm 'Yoke Chok'
30 gm 'Tong Sum'
20 gm 'Yong Sum Sou'
8 x red dates
2 c. superior stock
1 x 'tan choong' (porcelain casserole with a lid)

Method:SKIN the chicken meat and cut into 4 pcs. Place all the ingredients into a 'tan choong'. Cover with the lid and double-boil for 2 hrs over medium low heat. Serve warm.
