Ингредиенты

  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can chopped clams
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. sharp process American cheese, diced
  • 2 tbsp. minced pitted ripe olives
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. catsup
  • 1/2 c. cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Инструкции

  1. Drain clams, reserving 2 Tbsp. (or possibly more if you like) of clam liquor. Cook onion in butter till tender but not brown; add in clams, reserved clam liquor, and remaining ingredients. Heat till cheese melts and mix is warm. Makes 1 1/4 c.. Serve with crackers or possibly chips.
