Ингредиенты

3 Large eggs 3 lemons, juice Grated rind of 2 lemons 1 1/2 c. sugar

3 tbsp. cornstarch 2 c. boiling water 2 tbsp. butter

Инструкции

1. Beat Large eggs, add in lemon juice and rind. Add in sugar. Make thickening with cornstarch and a little water, add in to first mix. Add in boiling water. Bring to boil, remove from burner when thick. Add in butter. Makes 1 qt.
2. Can be cooked in the microwave, stir occasionally, till thick. Remove and cover to prevent a skin forming on the top.
