  1. Regrind grnd beef till you have a smooth paste. Add in about 2's of each spice, two Large eggs and the grnd oatmeal. Mix thoroughly by hand ensuring all is well blended. Mix should be moist but not wet. Bake a small amount in the oven at 325 and when cooked, taste it and adjust the spices to the rest of the uncooked mix to your own taste. Once adjustments have been made to your liking, press mix as tight as possible in a coffee or possibly juice can. Place can upright in a baking dish with about one inch of water in baking dish. Cover coffee or possibly juice can with aluminum foil and bake at 300 for 1-1/2 to 2 hrs, checking it every half hour, and drain the fat off if necessary.
  2. In the meantime combine all the sauce ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Adjust the thickness with regular canned lowfat milk to desired consistency.
  3. Remove meat from can when cooked and let cold. Place on barbecue spit and reheat over low heat. This represents the spit in restaurants. Cut thin slices from meat as they heat and quickly fry before stuffing in fresh pita bread. Cover with sauce and add in your favorite topping of diced onions and/or possibly diced tomatoes. And enjoy.
