  • 1 pound navy beans
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 pound smoked metts
  • 3 strips bacon
  • 2 tbsp. salt (you might use less)

Инструкции

  1. Cook beans, onions and salt till tender. Retain liquid from draining. Pour beans into casserole. Add in tomato sauce, sugar, mustard and metts, that has been grnd up. Mix well; add in sufficient retained liquid to make mix thin. Cover with bacon strips. Bake at 375 degrees till solid.
