Dinosaur Egg

Adults only. Needs Sun to "ferment."
On the beach or in the backyard.
DO NOT DRIVE after drinking this. Goes down way too smooth and as my mother-in-law said "What a Beeeaautiful" drink.
Goes fantastic with any Bar-B-Q.
Items needed:
Seedless Watermelon
Your choice of Alcohol.
Cheesecloth
Ice cubes
Towel or Sand

  • Seedless Watermelon
  • Alcohol (ie: Tequila, OR Vodka, OR Gin )

Инструкции

  1. Cut an opening in the middle of Watermelon (save the "cork" for later)
  2. Using a tablespoon, scoop out as much melon as you can reach. Leave some red of the melon inside.
  3. Fill melon with your choice of alcohol.
  4. Replace the cork.
  5. If you are going to the beach, take a shovel and bury the watermelon in the sand for four hours or more. (DO NOT DRIVE AFTER DRINKING THIS)
  6. If at home, wrap in a towel (beach towel?)...sit in the sun for four hours or more.
  7. Dig up or unwrap melon.
  8. Cut the top off the melon, making it look like a punch bowl :)
  9. Using cheesecloth over the top of a large bowl or pot.
  10. Pour contents of melon into cheesecloth. Scraping out all the red melon.
  11. Squeeze cheesecloth into the melon shell. Empty the bowl/pot into the melon punch bowl as well.
  12. Add ice, ladle, and friends.
