  • 2 1/2 tsp Yeast
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 3 c. Bread flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 lrg Egg
  • 1/4 c. Shortening
  • 3 Tbsp. Powdered lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Water -- warmed

  1. Put all the ingredients in order into the bread maker. Select the sweet bread/manual cycle for the breadmaker. Only allow it to kneed and rise one time. Grease hands and healthy pinch off pcs and place on a cookie sheet which has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Let rise till double. Bake for 15-18 min at 350
