Ингредиенты

1 pkg. sm. dinner roll (heat and serve 24 per pkg.) 1 stick butter, softened 1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seed 1 1/2 tbsp. mustard 2 tbsp. finely minced onion (optional)

1/2 pound cheese, grated 1/2 pound ham, sliced thin 2 tbsp. mustard 3 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. lowfat milk

Инструкции

1. Split rolls in half.
2. Mix together the butter, poppy seeds, mustard and onion. Spread on roll halves.
3. Place ham and cheese on one half. Cover with top half of rolls.
4. Can be made ahead to this point and frozen wrapped in foil.
5. Defrost before heating.
6. When ready to heat, mix mustard, sugar and milk together.
7. Spread over tops of rolls.
8. Heat in a 350 degree oven until warm and cheese is melted.
