Ингредиенты

  • 1 whole milkfish (bangus), cleaned & sliced butterfly cut
  • Marinade:
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1- 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 head garlic, crushed
  • cooking oil for frying

Инструкции

  1. Combine marinade. Mix.
  2. Arrange bangus in a container or ziploc bag.
  3. Pour marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Turn at least once.
  5. Fry until brown.
  6. Serve with tomatoes and or salted egg and plain rice or fried rice.
