2 c. lowfat sour cream
2 c. mayonnaise
3 T dill seed
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
1 teaspoon onion flakes (opt.)
1 teaspoon onion pwdr

Put together all ingredients. Nice to serve in round rye or possibly pumpernickel bread which has been scooped/hollowed out.
