- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Add in the buttermilk and oil and stir just sufficient to moisten the dry ingredients.
- Drop tablespoonfulls of batter onto a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 15 min. Serve warm.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
