1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
2 T dry chopped onions (Instant Schilling)
2 T parsley flakes
2 teaspoon dill weed
2 teaspoon bon appetit (Schilling spice)

Mix and refrigerate above ingredients. Wash, scrub vegetables and refrigerate. Let dip set overnight, it's better.
